Cross the equator and turn the world upside down with the Independence Seaport Museum on board Olympia during Neptune’s Bar! This themed Olympia After Hours event draws inspiration from “Crossing the Line” ceremonies onboard naval vessels to initiate new sailors (or pollywogs) once they’ve crossed the equator. Join us for a festive evening to celebrate the end of the week and the approach of summer! Whether it’s your first time onboard or you’re an old tar after many visits, King Neptune will certainly welcome you onboard with a drink in hand for the festivities!

Olympia After Hours are 21+ events on board our historic ship. Celebrating themes throughout her history, these programs provide a fun, relaxed environment in which adults can experience the ship.

Haven’t a single clue what we mean by the Crossing the Line, pollywogs, or King Neptune? Keep an eye out for more context on social media! 😉
