Seaport Summer Camp

Thank you to all campers that joined us for Seaport Summer Camp! We'll see campers on the water in 2019.

Learn all about history, science and how to row or kayak on the Delaware River at Independence Seaport Museum. Perfect for ages 6-12, Seaport Summer Camp in Philadelphia features full days of activities and exploration on the water.

In addition to on-water programming, campers tour our National Historic Landmark ships, Cruiser Olympia and Submarine Becuna, and participate in a variety of hands-on activities and crafts.

Every week is a new discovery at the Seaport, with an in-depth look into the science and history behind the Philadelphia region’s waterways. There’s limited availability and spots fill up fast for this one-of-a-kind camp.

New for 2018, is a week of summer camp exclusively for teens, ages 13-16. Independence Seaport Museum partners with the A.J. Meerwald, New Jersey's Tall Ship, for the Waterfront Explorers Teen Camp the week of July 30 to August 3, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Medical and release forms must be completed and submitted prior to the first day of camp. Please fill out health and emergency contact information here
