Amistad
Join us to explore our new exhibit Tides of Freedom: African Presence on the Delaware River and take a tour aboard the Schooner Amistad, May 24 - 29, 2013. The Museum will be open until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 24 and Saturday, May 25.
Topsail Schooner Amistad is a Baltimore Clipper designed 129-foot schooner built in 2000. She carries 12 students and serves a variety of Ocean Classroom Foundation programs in 2013.
Since her launch on March 25, 2000, Freedom Schooner Amistad has worked with international agencies and organizations in the United States, Canada, Great Britain, Europe and West Africa in recognition and commemoration of the 200th anniversary of the abolition of the Atlantic slave trade in the former British Empire (1807) and the United States (1808).

Summer Wind
The Summer Wind, a 48-foot Chinese Junk-rigged schooner, will dock at the Independence Seaport Museum from May until October 2013. Visitors can board the Summer Wind and sail way on the Delaware River in three themed river tours daily (except Wednesday).
Check the time of sunset for the times shift around the Sunset Sail.

AJ Meerwald 
AJ Meerwald, a Delaware Bay oyster schooner, is New Jersey's Official Tall ship. AJ Meerwald will be at the Seaport Museum in September. Tickets can be purchased here.
Patriot
The Patriot is a reproduction of a 1920s commuter yacht that offers educational tours on the Delaware River. The Patriot holds 35 guests and is perfect for tours, smaller birthday parties, corporate outings, anniversaries and cocktail parties. This custom yacht features wrap around seating, a restroom and a bar fully equipped for any type of party. The Patriot is owned and operated by Patriot Harbor Lines.
